Qualifications

1. Candidates must be post graduates in Pharma, graduates in the field of Chemical, electrical, computer engineering.
2. Have a flair for research;
3. Ability to write and think in impeccable English;
4. In depth knowledge of IPR will be preferred;
5. Preference will be given to registered patent agents.
6. Candidates will be required to sign a contract for a minimum period of two years.

[B] Legal Assistant - at Pune, Mumbai and Chennai

Qualifications

1. Candidates must be graduates in Law with IPR qualifications.
2. Have a flair for research;
3. Ability to write and think in impeccable English;
4. In depth knowledge of IPR will be preferred;
5. Preference will be given to registered Lawyers who have completed a recognized course in IPR.
6. Candidates will be required to sign a contract for a minimum period of two years.

[C] Registered Patent Agents - at Pune, Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai

Registered Patent Agents with experience in

1. drafting patent specification
2. attending to office action or first examination report
3. patent prosecution
4. claim analysis

Salary and other terms shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
