1. Trademark Searching in India

• Personal Trademark Search
  
  In personal trademark search we conduct a search at the Trade Marks Registry and prepare a report based on our findings. Personal search may take 3 to 5 days from the date of the receipt of the query.
• Official Trademark Search
  
  In official trademark search a request is made to the Registrar under the provision of Section 133 of the Indian Trademarks Act and an official report is ordered from the Trade Marks Registry. An Official Search may require longer time (varying from a week to several weeks) as compared to a personal search.

International Trademark Search is conducted either on the internet or through our associates in the other countries.
