R. K. Dewan & Co. Defends Cipla Limited Before the Hon’ble Pune District Court
R. K. Dewan & Co. is delighted to defend Cipla Limited, in an ongoing trademark dispute before the Hon’ble Pune District Court concerning the mark “No Darar.”
As part of its legal strategy, R. K. Dewan & Co. on behalf of Cipla has filed a Written Statement along with an Application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, challenging the jurisdiction of the Court.

R. K. Dewan & Co. Successfully Represents Lunkad Veg Oils Before the Hon’ble Pune District and Latur Commercial Courts
R. K. Dewan & Co. is elated to share that it is representing Lunkad Veg Oils in proceedings before the Hon’ble Pune District Court and Hon’ble Latur Commercial District Court in trademark infringement suits, and also in a Rectification Petition filed before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, all involving the same opposing party.
Before the Hon’ble Pune District Court, the other side (acting as Defendant) had filed an Application under Order 7 Rule 10 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 challenging the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble Pune District Court. R. K. Dewan & Co., through a well-devised legal strategy, successfully secured dismissal of the Application, resulting in a favourable order for Lunkad Veg Oils.
Further, the other side (acting as Plaintiff) filed a suit against Lunkad Veg Oils before the Hon’ble Latur Commercial District Court. R. K. Dewan & Co. in response, filed an Application under Section 10 read with Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 seeking a stay of proceedings in light of the ongoing suit before the Hon’ble Pune District Court. Taking into account the ongoing litigation, the Hon’ble Latur Commercial District Court was pleased to allow the application and grant a stay order in favour of Lunkad Veg Oils.
