Aditya Chitale

Aditya Chitale, Senior Partner at RKDewan Legal Services has been a litigation practitioner since 1987 when he joined the Chambers of Senior Counsel, Mr. K. K. Singhvi. He started his career with labour and industrial cases and thereafter expanded his field of practice to cover a wide range of cases relating to writ petitions, IPR matters, arbitrations, property suits, indirect taxes and commercial litigation. He also specializes in conducting trials. He is leading the RKDewan Legal Services team at its Mumbai office.
