His practice further encompasses drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, assignments, and licensing agreements to ensure comprehensive IP protection and compliance. Shubhankar was admitted as an LL.M. Scholar at Boston University, where he earned a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and gained a strong foundation in U.S. and international IP laws, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and emerging technologies. This global exposure, combined with his current practice in India, enables him to deliver strategic and practical counsel on complex IP issues.
Outside the legal sphere, Shubhankar is a national gold medalist in table tennis.
