R. K. Dewan & Co. Secured Ex-Parte Ad Interim Injunction for Eduspark International Private Limited Before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court
R. K. Dewan & Co. successfully represented Eduspark International Private Limited in a trademark infringement and passing off suit before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court. The case involved the unauthorized use of Eduspark’s registered and well-recognized trademark 
for garments offered for sale by the Defendant.
After hearing the arguments presented by R. K. Dewan & Co., the Court issued an ex-parte ad-interim injunction order in favour of Eduspark International and also appointed a Local Court Commissioner to seize and take charge of the impugned goods of the Defendant. The Local Court Commissioner successfully reported to have seized a total number of 1792 counterfeit goods at the site of the Defendant.
R. K. Dewan & Co. Secured an Order in favour of Rajyog Paints Before the Hon’ble Pune Commercial Court
R. K. Dewan & Co. secured an order for Rajyog Paints against Rejection of the Plaint application filed by Defendant before the Hon’ble District & Sessions Court (Commercial) Pune.
R. K. Dewan & Co. successfully represented Rajyog Paints in a trademark and copyright infringement suit before the Pune Commercial Court. The case involved the unauthorized use of RAJYOG and RAJYOG PAINTS that are registered and well-recognized trademarks for Paints, Varnishes, Lacquers, Enamel offered for sale by the Defendant.
After hearing the arguments presented by R. K. Dewan & Co., the Court issued an order in favour of Rajyog Paints and rejected the application filed by Defendant for Rejection of Plaint.
