R. K. Dewan Successfully Defends Osstemimplant’s Trademark Against Align Technology
R. K. Dewan & Co. successfully secured the registration of Osstemimplant Co. Limited’s (“Osstemimplant”) trademark “ 
” in multiple jurisdictions, including India, under Class 10.
Align Technology, Inc. (“Align Technology”) filed an opposition against “ ” trademark application under Class 10. R. K. Dewan & Co. had the privilege of representing Osstemimplant in these proceedings and defending its rights before the Registrar of Trademarks.
The Trademark Registry ruled in favor of Osstemimplant, dismissed the opposition and ordered “ ” trademark to proceed to registration. Align Technology has since appealed the decision. R. K. Dewan & Co., through its legal arm, R. K. Dewan Legal Services, is privileged to represent and defend Osstemimplant in this appeal.
R. K. Dewan Represents Union Bank of India in Trademark Appeal Against Apple Inc.
R. K. Dewan & Co. is also privileged to represent Union Bank of India in its appeal before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court against Apple Inc., in defence of its logo “

IIT Gandhinagar’s Patent Application Secured with R. K. Dewan’s Expertise
R. K. Dewan & Co. is privileged to represent IIT Gandhinagar for their invention and lead them to patent grant. In one such case patent application number 201821044731 was refused initially by the Controller of Patents.
However, R. K. Dewan & Co. was successful in obtaining an order from the Bombay High Court setting aside the refusal and remanding the matter back to the Controller of Patents. Wherein it argued the matter afresh and got the patent application granted under number 565997 all within a span of just eight months.
