Dewan & Co. as a Patent Attorney for over 13 years. She reviews patent related documents & overlooks patent matters like drafting, filing, prosecution, opposition, and revocation, and attends client meetings. She has successfully conducted several corporate and in-house trainings on IPR, Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Designs. Her varied work profile also includes Quality Control and securing ISO 9001:2015 certifications for the organization.
Alka has had a distinguished academic career. She earned her Master’s degree in chemistry with first class, graduating among the university’s top five, and earned her law degree with first class, securing a rank in Pune University’s merit list. She is a registered Patent Agent and holds a Diploma in IPR from WIPO, and an Advanced Diploma in Patent Law, Practice and Procedures from Asian School of Cyber Laws.
Alka has successfully conducted several corporate and in-house training sessions on IPR, patents, trademarks, copyrights and designs, including exhaustive training sessions on patent drafting, Patents Act & Rules, and on Patent Agent Examination.
