Chetan Parmar holds an LL.B. degree from Government Law College, Mumbai. With over twenty-two years of professional experience in litigation, corporate affairs, and intellectual property rights, he has developed deep expertise in contract negotiation, compliance management, and business strategy.
He has held senior legal positions with reputed organizations including VFS Global, Louroux Bio Energies, Trimax IT, and Mindcrest, where he was responsible for managing legal operations, compliance, and stakeholder relations across diverse sectors.
Since September 2024, he has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer – Legal & Business Division at R.K. Dewan & Co., where he oversees legal operations, compliance, business development, and strategic partnerships. His role includes leading cross-functional teams, strengthening client networks in domestic and international markets, and ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of intellectual property law practice.
