Juno Jose has been associated with RKD since 2017. With over eight years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights and more than a decade of overall professional background, she leads the drafting and prosecution of patent applications across mechanical, AI, electric vehicles, software, and biomedical technologies before national and international patent offices.

She excels in managing global patent portfolios, developing PCT and national filing strategies, and delivering robust legal and technical responses to office actions, oppositions, revocations, and freedom-to-operate assessments, guiding clients to secure and enforce their IP assets effectively. She has also successfully represented clients before judicial bodies such as the Indian Patent Office.

 

Juno holds a Master of Engineering (Mechanical Design Engineering) from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University. She is proficient in four languages - English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Marathi, enabling her to work seamlessly with diverse teams and clients. She has also completed esteemed certifications including the WIPO Advanced Course on Software Licensing (Including Open Source), Patent Strategy & Prosecution, NX CAD, and AutoCAD, and is a registered Indian Patent Agent (IN/PA 4347).
