With over six years of focused experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Mr. Gupta has worked across a wide spectrum of technologies, including green technologies such as electric vehicles (EVs), automobile engineering, electronics, medical devices, machinery and assemblies, steel technology, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. His multidisciplinary background enables him to approach inventions with both depth and versatility.

Mr. Gupta also has in-depth expertise in patentability assessments, invalidity studies, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, claim mapping, and design invalidation. He has successfully represented clients in pre- and post-grant hearings, prepared detailed responses to office actions in multiple jurisdictions, and advised on strategies to strengthen and expand patent protection.

He has earned multiple certifications from the European Patent Office (EPO), further enhancing his understanding of international patent systems and best practices. As Group Leader at R.K.
