AssociatePrashant Shetty holds bachelor degrees in Commerce and Law. Prior to completing his law degree, he has worked in the field of business development, human resources and manpower consulting across ASIA, GCC, Africa, etc. He started his legal profession in boutique IP firms and has been associated with RKDewan Legal Services ever since.
He has combined experience in prosecution as well as litigation in the field of IP. He is practicing at the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, wherein, he handles all the areas of IP litigation i.e. trade mark, copyright, design, patent, etc. and also supports the team for cases relating to writ petitions, arbitrations, property suits, indirect taxes and commercial litigation. He has successfully argued matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay and specializes in the niche area of Patent litigation and he has successfully obtained various favorable Patent related judgements.
